This is a fun, engaging and interactive 4-hour workshop designed to help a person recognize the stress and anger methods that are frequently utilized. New strategies and techniques will be reviewed. We will be using creativity to demonstrate communication and stress management skills to improve our lives. We will observe and evaluate what is discovered. We learn to laugh and love. A certification of completion is awarded to those who participate fully in the workshop.
There are 4 – 1 hour sessions with a meal included (4.5 hours total).
